The Centre can open for parachuting 7 days a week by prior arrangement, however parachuting is normally programmed, weather permitting, from 0830hrs Saturday, Sunday, and during British Summer Time on Public Holidays from 0830hrs and on Wednesdays & Friday afternoons from 1300hrs; unless for a pre-booked AFF Course or otherwise arranged in advance when we can open 7 days a week.
We have on site parking, toilets, indoor training facilities, weekend bunkhouse capacity of 24, canteen & licensed bar facility normally open on weekends with drinks & confectionary vending machines on line throughout the week.
B&B in the Centre Bunkhouse is £5.00 per person per night normally by prior arrangement only. There is no charge to camp on the Airfield & there is a range of accommodation in the area details of which can be obtained from ourselves on 0191.5171234 or from Durham Tourist Board 0191.3843720.
